Even though the problem looks bigger than something that can be fixed at the spot, he explained me where my pipes go, what possible issue can it be, what to look for and all information provided by him makes a lot of sense. After talking to Mike I was able to contact the Loudoun Water to ask for underground leak detection and can move forward with that.
