Ms. L. was experiencing no water in her home so we sent Brad out to take a look at the problem and he found that her current well pump was not working any longer and the pressure tank was extremely undersized for her home. 

We replaced her well pump, getting water back on to her home in just a few short hours and upgraded her pressure tank while we were onsite to a WR240 Tank which is the proper size for her home. 

Mr. H. called us because he noticed a lot of rust and water leaking from his current water heater. 

Mike went out and found an older heater with a few issues. We recommend replacement with a new Rheem Marathon Fiber Glass tank water heater. This customer had an outdated Whirlpool Water Softener that was no longer working. We tested her water and found she had 20 GPG hardness which is pretty hard water. Hard water can cause issues like dry skin and hair, damage to appliances, and buildup on fixtures.

We went out and replaced the old unit with a CareSoft Elite Resin Softener.

Mrs. J called our office reporting that she was getting a lot of mud in her water lines as well as drops in pressure. 

Brad went out to test her water and found that her water quality was pretty bad. Brad recommended replacing her Pressure tank with a WR 260 to provide more water to her home, as well as a WaterCare 1054 CareSoft Elite, 1354 Turbidex, and a new 50-gallon low boy water heater.
