Twenty years ago we built our dream lake home in the Upper Peninsula, and we loved everything about it - except the water. Our well water had sky-high iron levels (several times over the safe limit), smelled strongly of sulfur, and left red/orange stains on every sink, toilet, and fixture in the house. It was impossible to drink, and showering felt like standing in a rotten-egg cloud. We contacted Wandels' WaterCare because our water tested salty and our dishes had a white film on them. After an assessment they installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system. For the first time in 6 years we no longer have to haul our drinking water and we can wash our dishes and our car with no white film. It's awesome! Their service is great!!

Our previous water softener was obviously not working and the repairmen weren't able to help. For over 2 years our toilets, tub, showers, sinks, and washer were stained. We used "Iron Out" twice a week to keep them clean. Showering & drinking wasn't exactly pleasant because the water smelled. A friend recommended Wandels' Water Care and we can't be more grateful. They came out last summer, installed a new water softener and all our water problems went away. It cost less than the system we bought 15 years ago and it uses half the salt. We could not be happier! We've a white kitchen sink (we "were" going to replace) & with a well, not a good choice. Since installing our water softener, we now get to keep our sink! The UGLY orange color is GONE! You can feel such a difference with everything, skin, hair, laundry, dishes! Best investment ever! Can not thank Wandels' enough!

Wandels' personnel on time the 3 times we made appt. (rare to have service on time and not wait all day!) Tim was very helpful checking our water and had several solutions for us to pursue. Installer (forgot his name) very personable and answered all my husbands questions. Water clear once again - good taste and appearance. Had problem with acidic water 6.0 up to 8.0 upon retest.

We had Wandels' WaterCare come out and check our water because we had stains in our bathroom tub and sink. The stains are cleared up and the taste of the water has improved 100%. We love our new water system.
